Industrial Diagnostics Company Ltd offer a two part process for clients to assess new employee’s fitness to perform the role for which they have been recruited. We fully align our process with the remit of the Equality Act 2010.
This allows clients to assess new employees in non-safety critical roles by the use of a simple questionnaire the first part (Part 1) does not include medical information and therefore can be cleared by the employer.
All clients have access to this service via our dedicated Occupational Health Information Management System (OHIMS) where new employees can be logged and certificated or progressed to the second part of the process should the first part highlight that Occupational Health Services may be required.
