Visual Assessment

In a safety critical environment good visual ability is a recommended test for operative safety. Unsatisfactory outcomes will result in a referral to an optician. IDC Ltd conduct an eye sight assessment using the full range of tests available via a keystone visual screener. This assessment will include:

Near and far visual acuity
Stereopsis (Depth perception)
Fusion (diplopia)
Colour perception
Phoria (eye coordination)
Horizontal field

DSE Risk Assessment

IDC Ltd are highly adept at undertaking workplace / DSE assessments and have a very wide range of experience and capability, particularly in safety critical roles. Our DSE assessments comply with the Schedule to the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations1992 as amended by the Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2002.
